We run our own servers on Azure.
We host games we play with friends.
Friendly, and relaxed. Keep it light!
We run private game servers to play games with our friends after a days work is over. Most of us met playing Valve/Steam games during the Covid-19 pandemic and continue to play various games.
This group is a semi-invite only group (friends of friends). We reserve the right to kick and ban anyone for any reason at any time. We primarily play Co-operative game types to encourage teamwork and communication.
We enforce bans for creating hostile environments for others.
We log server interactions and if we get complaints of any harassing nature, we will simply down the server(s) and move on to another game, with other people.
We are a private group. We do not ask for or accept donations, nor do we charge fees. We have no obligations to anyone using the servers.
Server hosting isn't free. We did this to learn how game servers operate, how to use Linux, Docker, GitHub, VS Code, HTML, jScript, and Microsoft Azure and to meet people. The investment in our time, and sometimes money, so far has been worth it.
Life is too short to get mad at good people over a video game. Keep the drama to a minimum and play in good spirit.
Also, be comfortable taking a night away from the console or PC. We will see you the next day, evening, or night!

We run our servers in a public cloud hosting provider as a tool for learning, developing and testing. Who doesn't want to learn while playing video games? Also, it provides a no-pressure, real life feedback and learning environment.
